Tai Chi Ch’uan a Simplified Method of Calisthenics for Health & Self Defense

Fan-Sung, Fan-Sung…relax, relax.  Cheng’s line of thought about tai chi is where I started to develop my own thinking about tai chi.  His books were really the first that I was able to obtain and read.  His topics go further that exercise and fighting, his thoughts about life and the philosophy of wu-wei are where mine come from.  Having practiced Cheng’s 37 Simplified Form, Wm.C.C. Chen’s 60 posture Form, and now following Wang’s Search Centre Way, I can safely say this is the influence of my tai chi.  This Volume is a good one to start an overall study.
